     William Fell was born in 1833 at Batley. He was the son of John Fell and Esther Talbot. William Fell was baptized on 30 June 1833 at Batley.¹
In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as a weaver, woollen, aged 16 the nephew of Benjamin Senior.²

     Ann Blackburn was born in 1791 at Dewsbury. She was the daughter of William Blackburn and Martha (?). Ann Blackburn was baptized on 25 July 1791 at Dewsbury.¹

     John Blackburn was born in 1794 at Batley. He was the son of William Blackburn and Martha (?). John Blackburn was baptized on 1 June 1794 at Dewsbury as son of William and Martha Blackburn of Batley.¹

     Sarah Middlebrook was born on 30 November 1777 at Gildersome. She was the daughter of John Middlebrook and Rebekah Marshall. Sarah Middlebrook was baptized on 4 January 1788 at Batley.¹

     Ellen Pyrah was born on 21 April 1842. She was the daughter of Jeremiah Pyrah and Ann Mayman. Ellen Pyrah was baptized on 25 September 1842 at Batley.¹

     Eliza Pyrah was born circa 1850 at Dewsbury. She was the daughter of Jeremiah Pyrah and Ann Mayman. In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as a scholar the daughter of Jeremiah Pyrah at Dale St, Batley Carr.¹

     Elizabeth Ann Pyrah was born on 23 June 1851 at Dewsbury.¹ She was the daughter of Jeremiah Pyrah and Ann Mayman. Elizabeth Ann Pyrah was baptized on 28 December 1851 at Batley.¹
In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as a scholar the daughter of Jeremiah Pyrah at Dale St, Batley Carr.²

     Sarah Chadwick was born on 19 February 1783. She was the daughter of John Chadwick and Elizabeth Gaunt. Sarah Chadwick was baptized on 26 February 1783.¹
She married Edward Walker, son of Thomas Walker and Mary Scatcherd, on 9 November 1807 at Batley by licence. Witnesses were Elizabeth Chadwick and Joseph Lee. This Sarah had a sister Elizabeth.¹

     Harriet Chown married Joseph Colbeck, son of Joseph Colbeck and Ann Lindley, on 11 July 1814 at Batley.¹

     Edward Walker was born in 1779.¹ He was the son of Thomas Walker and Mary Scatcherd. Edward Walker married Sarah Chadwick, daughter of John Chadwick and Elizabeth Gaunt, on 9 November 1807 at Batley by licence. Witnesses were Elizabeth Chadwick and Joseph Lee. This Sarah had a sister Elizabeth.²

     Luke Wilson married Mary Chadwick, daughter of John Chadwick and Elizabeth Gaunt, on 22 October 1807 at Batley by Licence, Luke being of Mirfield.
Witnesses were Joseph Chadwick and Edward Walker, probably the Edward Walker who witnessed the marriage of Sarah Chadwick on November 9th.¹

     Elizabeth Thompson was born on 30 August 1789 at Batley. She was the daughter of Charles Thompson and Susanna Chadwick. Elizabeth Thompson was baptized on 18 September 1789 at Batley.¹

     Susanna Thompson was born on 11 December 1803 at Batley. She was the daughter of Charles Thompson and Susanna Chadwick. Susanna Thompson was baptized on 5 February 1804 at Batley.¹

     Joseph Buxton was born on 13 November 1833 at Batley.¹ He was baptized on 26 January 1834 at Salem Chapel, Hunslet Lne Independent, Leeds.¹
He married Ann Sheard, daughter of William Sheard and Hannah Hepworth, in 1857 deduced that this is correct marriage from presence of Ann Buxton with her parents in 1871.²
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as the head of household at Fox Row, Batley, as a cloth fuller aged 27. A nurse, Nancy Dawson, 26, from Mirfield is also present.³
Joseph Buxton died in 1867.^1,4

     Mary Buxton was born in 1861. She was the daughter of Joseph Buxton and Ann Sheard. In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as aged under 1 month the daughter of Joseph Buxton at Fox Row, Batley.¹
Mary Buxton died in 1861.^2,3

     William James Sheard was born on 4 March 1851. He was the son of John Sheard and Elizabeth Ward. In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as the son of John Sheard at 2 Church Lane, Batley.¹
William James Sheard was baptized on 31 March 1851 at Batley.²
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as a scholar the son of John Sheard at Husband's Buildings, Batley.³
In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as a butcher the son of John Sheard at Commercial Street, Batley.⁴
William James Sheard married Ann Eliza Ward, daughter of John Ward and Emma Willans, on 22 September 1873 at Batley witnesses were John Ward and John Sheard.²
In the census of 3 April 1881 he was listed as the head of household at Top of High St, Batley, as a butcher.⁵
In the census of 5 April 1891 he was listed as the head of household at 15 Hanover Street, Batley, as a butcher and cattle dealer.⁶

     Mary Letitia Jubb was born on 6 April 1851.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel Jubb and Frances Jane Knowles. Mary Letitia Jubb was baptized on 29 June 1851 at Batley.¹
She died in 1852. She was buried on 24 February 1852 ; aged 10 months.¹

     Michael Henry Colbeck Sheard was born on 7 August 1851. He was the son of Joseph Sheard and Sarah Ann Colbeck. Michael Henry Colbeck Sheard was baptized on 14 September 1851 at Batley.¹

     Samuel Hall Spedding was born on 17 January 1852. He was the son of Michael Spedding and Emma Hall. Samuel Hall Spedding was baptized on 29 February 1852 at Batley.¹
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as a scholar aged 9 the son of Michael Spedding at Crackenedge Park St, Dewsbury.²

     Mary Sheard was born on 28 October 1851.¹ She was the daughter of William Sheard and Hannah Hepworth. Mary Sheard was baptized on 18 April 1852 at Batley.¹
In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as aged 19, a woollen weaver the daughter of William Sheard at Ward's Hill, Batley.²
In the census of 3 April 1881 she was listed as a woollen weaver aged 29 the daughter of Hannah Sheard at off Wellington St, Batley.³

     Martha Cordingley married William Henry Colbeck, son of William Colbeck and Elizabeth Richardson, on 9 August 1849 at Halifax.^1,2
In the census of 30 March 1851 Martha Colbeck was listed at Cheapside, New Road, Batley, as wife of William Henry Colbeck.³
In the census of 7 April 1861 Martha Colbeck was listed at Cheapside, Batley, as wife of William Henry Colbeck.⁴
In the census of 2 April 1871 Martha Colbeck was listed at West House, Bradford Road, Gomersal, as wife of William Henry Colbeck.⁵
Martha Colbeck died on 4 June 1897 at Epsom, Aukland, New Zealand.⁶

     John Cordingley Colbeck was born on 27 March 1852.¹ He was the son of William Henry Colbeck and Martha Cordingley. John Cordingley Colbeck was baptized on 2 May 1852 at Batley.¹
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as a scholar aged 9 the son of William Henry Colbeck at Cheapside, Batley.²
In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as a woollen manufacturer the son of William Henry Colbeck at West House, Bradford Road, Gomersal.³
Between 1873 and 1876 John Cordingley Colbeck was educated at Exeter College, Oxford receiving a B.A. in 1876.⁴ He married Matilda Alice Butler in 1881 at New Zealand.⁵

     Mary Ellen Wildsmith was born on 5 March 1852.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Wildsmith and Nancy Carter. Mary Ellen Wildsmith was baptized on 30 May 1852 at Batley.¹

     Benjamin Shackleton was born on 28 March 1853.¹ He was the son of Thomas Walker Shackleton and Susan Sheard. Benjamin Shackleton was baptized on 8 May 1853 at Batley.¹

     Edward Henry Keighley was born circa 1853. He was the son of Robert Dex Keighley and Hannah Clapham. Edward Henry Keighley was baptized on 18 November 1853 at Batley.¹
He died in 1859. He was buried on 2 August 1859 at Batley.¹
