In the census of 30 March 1851 se was listed as a scholar aged 7 the granddaughter of William Blakeley.² Mary Jane Fox married William Ward, son of Samuel Ward and Jane Talbot Ibberson, on 24 August 1871 at Batley.³

     Joseph Blakeley was born in 1764. He was the son of David Blakeley and Ann Preston. Joseph Blakeley was baptized on 19 February 1764 at Batley.
He married Eleanor Thurman, daughter of John Thurman and Deborah Wilby, on 27 December 1787 at Thornhill.

     David Blakeley married Ann Preston, daughter of Samuel Preston, on 14 July 1763 at Batley.
