     Joshua Henry Richardson married Charlotte Maria Willans, daughter of James Willans and Mary Firth Dixon, in 1878.¹

     Owen Willans Richardson was born on 26 April 1879 at Dewsbury. He was the son of Joshua Henry Richardson and Charlotte Maria Willans. Owen Willans Richardson was educated at Batley Grammar School. In 1928 Owen Willans Richardson was awarded a Nobel Prize for Physics.
He received a knighthood in 1939. He died on 15 February 1959 at age 79.

     William Armitage married Mary Farrar, daughter of John Farrar, on 3 June 1811 at St. Peter's, Leeds.¹
