     John Burnley was born on 8 October 1803 at Batley.¹ He was the son of Christopher Burnley and Mary Brook. John Burnley was baptized on 11 December 1803 at Batley.¹
He married Ann Stubley, daughter of Joshua Stubley and Mary Blackburn, on 27 March 1826 at Batley witnesses J Chadwick and Joseph Webster.¹
He was listed in the census of 1841 at New Batley, Batley, as a clothier.²
In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as the head of household at New Street, Batley, as a woollen rag merchant.³
On 20 August 1852 John Burnley married Mary Stubley, daughter of Thomas Redfearn and Mary Hall, at Batley Mary was his first wife's brother's widow. John Stubley had died the previous year. Witnesses were Jeremiah Redfearn and Margaret Donnegan.⁴
John Burnley died in 1860. He was buried on 28 January 1860 at Batley.¹

     Elizabeth Jubb was born in 1831. She was the daughter of Joseph Jubb and Hannah Colbeck. Elizabeth Jubb was baptized on 20 November 1831 at Batley.¹
She died on 19 March 1841.

     Elizabeth Talbot Jubb was born on 4 October 1852. She was the daughter of George Jubb and Rachel Field. Elizabeth Talbot Jubb was baptized on 21 November 1852 at Batley.¹
In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as a scholar the daughter of George Jubb at Lamplands, Batley.²
In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as aged 18 the daughter of George Jubb at Swiss Cottage, Lamplands, Batley.³
Elizabeth Talbot Jubb married John Chanter Blackmore in 1877.⁴

     Emily Jane Jubb was born on 27 September 1852.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel Jubb and Frances Jane Knowles. Emily Jane Jubb was baptized on 28 November 1852 at Batley.¹
In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as a scholar the daughter of Samuel Jubb at Up Lane, Batley.²
In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as the daughter of Samuel Jubb at Woodfield House, Batley.³
Emily Jane Jubb married John Lambert on 25 September 1879 at St Thomas's Church, Batley.⁴

     Sarah Fox was born in February 1791 at Dewsbury. She married Thomas Newsome on 17 May 1820 at Dewsbury.¹
In the census of 6 June 1841 Sarah Newsome was listed at Westgate, Dewsbury, as wife of Thomas Newsome.²
In the census of 30 March 1851 she was listed as the head of household at Aldams Head, Town End, Dewsbury, as a widow aged 58, a proprietor of houses.³

     Mary Senior was baptized on 28 October 1753 at Batley.¹
She was the daughter of Joseph Senior. Mary Senior married Joseph Fox on 12 October 1777 at Batley.¹

     Isaac Sheard was born in 1823. He was the son of David Sheard and Martha Talbot. Isaac Sheard was baptized on 6 April 1823 at Batley.¹
In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as the head of household at Havercroft as a woollen weaver aged 18, with Harriet, 20.²
He married Harriet Stubley, daughter of George Stubley and Hannah Lister, in 1845 at St Peters, Leeds.^3,4
In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as the head of household at 16 J Ward's Hill, Batley, as a cloth weaver.⁵
In 1855 Isaac Sheard received a legacy of £50 in will of his uncle George Sheard.
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as the head of household at Back Street, Mirfield, as a woollen miller.
In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as the head of household at Back Street, Mirfield, as a cloth miller. He is shown here with a wife Jane, but I have not been able to find a likely second marriage.⁶
He was probably the one who married Sarah Sykes on 10 November 1873 at Birstall.^7,8
In the census of 3 April 1881 he was listed as the head of household at Marriott Street, Dewsbury, as a cloth fuller.
Isaac Sheard appeared on the census of 5 April 1891 in the household of Robert Hudson and Abigail Hudson at Scout Hill, Dewsbury,as a widower aged 68.⁹ Isaac Sheard died in 1895; aged 72.¹⁰

     Isaac Fox was born in 1753. He was baptized on 11 April 1753 at Dewsbury.¹
He married Sarah Buttrey, daughter of Thomas Buttrey, on 17 May 1784 at Batley.²

     Sarah Buttrey was the daughter of Thomas Buttrey. Sarah Buttrey married Isaac Fox on 17 May 1784 at Batley.¹

     Isaac Fox was born on 7 January 1799. He was the son of Isaac Fox and Sarah Buttrey. Isaac Fox was baptized on 3 March 1799 at Batley.¹
In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as the head of household as a coal miner.²

     Mary Higgins was born circa 1851. She married Joseph Parker, son of Joseph Parker and Jane Blakeley, in 1877 at Hunslet.¹
In the census of 3 April 1881 Mary Higgins was listed at Providence St, Batley, as wife of Joseph Parker.²

     Joseph Senior Parker was born in 1860. He was the son of Joseph Parker and Hannah Senior. In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as aged 6 months the son of Joseph Parker at Providence Street, Batley.¹
In the census of 3 April 1881 he was listed as a manufacturer, cloth the son of Joseph Parker at Providence St, Batley.²

     Hannah Senior Parker was born circa 1878. She was the daughter of Joseph Parker and Mary Higgins. In the census of 3 April 1881 she was listed as the daughter of Joseph Parker at Providence St, Batley.¹

     Martha Ann Parker was born circa 1880. She was the daughter of Joseph Parker and Mary Higgins. In the census of 3 April 1881 she was listed as the daughter of Joseph Parker at Providence St, Batley.¹

     Jane Akeroyd was born in 1841. She was the daughter of William Akeroyd and Elizabeth Hall. In the census of 6 June 1841 she was listed as as yet unnamed, 3 weeks old the daughter of William Akeroyd at Havercroft, Batley.¹
In the census of 30 March 1851 she was listed as a scholar aged 9 the daughter of William Akeroyd at Havercroft, Batley.²
Jane Akeroyd married Matthew Parker, son of Joseph Parker and Jane Blakeley, in 1859.
In the census of 7 April 1861 Jane Parker was listed at Hume St, Batley, as wife of Matthew Parker.³
In the census of 2 April 1871 Jane Parker was listed at Caledonia Terrace, Batley, as wife of Matthew Parker.⁴

     Joseph William Parker was born circa 1860. He was the son of Matthew Parker and Jane Akeroyd.

     Alfred Sheard Parker was born in 1867. He was the son of Alfred Parker and Emma Sheard. Alfred Sheard Parker was baptized on 1 December 1867 at Batley.¹
In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as the son of Alfred Parker at Lower Soothill.²

     Annie Parker was born circa 1870. She was the daughter of Alfred Parker and Emma Sheard. In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as the daughter of Alfred Parker at Lower Soothill.¹

     Walter Herbert Parker was born circa 1872. He was the son of Alfred Parker and Emma Sheard.

     Joseph Henry Parker was born circa 1877. He was the son of Alfred Parker and Emma Sheard.

     Oscar Gilbert Parker was born circa 1879. He was the son of Alfred Parker and Emma Sheard.

     Hannah Slater was born circa 1788; from age at death. She was the daughter of William Slater. Hannah Slater married John Talbot, son of John Talbot and Hannah Carr, on 26 June 1815 at Batley.¹
In the census of 6 June 1841 Hannah Talbot was listed at Havercroft, Batley, as wife of John Talbot.²
Hannah Slater died on 4 October 1846. She was buried on 6 October 1846 at Batley.¹

     Elizabeth Chadwick Taylor was born on 9 October 1853.¹ She was the daughter of John Taylor and Sarah Chadwick. In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as a scholar the daughter of John Taylor at Cross Bank, Batley.²
In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as the daughter of John Taylor at Ramsill House,, Upper Batley.³
Elizabeth Chadwick Taylor married James Joshua Carter, son of Joshua Carter and Ann (?), in 1883.⁴
In the census of 5 April 1891 Elizabeth Chadwick Taylor was listed at Upper Batley as wife of James Joshua Carter.⁵
Elizabeth Chadwick Taylor died on 11 July 1918 at age 64.¹

     Thomas Blakeley was born on 30 December 1826. He was the son of William Blakeley and Sarah Hargreaves. Thomas Blakeley was born circa 1827 at Batley. He was baptized on 21 January 1836 at Zion Chapel ( listed as 1837), Batley.
In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as as a woollen labourer the son of William Blakeley at Silver St, Batley.¹
Thomas Blakeley married Elizabeth Blakeley Burnley, daughter of John Burnley and Harriet Fox, in 1849.²
In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as the head of household at Low Soothill as a woollen spinner.³
Thomas Blakeley made a will signed on 18 April 1864 which mentioned wife Elizabeth, brother David Blakeley and wife's brother John Burnley.⁴
He died on 16 January 1865 at age 38.
