     William Wood married Harriot Blakeley, daughter of Joseph Blakeley and Mary Sheard, on 22 November 1813 at Batley witnesses Thomas Parr and Jeremiah Chadwick.¹
William Wood was described as a butcher at the baptisms of his children, but seems to have moved from Batley to Dewsbury between the births of Joseph in 1819 and Mary in 1821.

     Hannah Hepworth was born circa 1813 at Ireland.¹ She was the daughter of John Hepworth and Margaret (?). Hannah Hepworth married William Sheard, son of George Sheard and Ann Greenwood, on 4 February 1836 at Batley both made marks Witnesses Joseph Fell and Samuel Scholes.²

Hannah Sheard was listed on the census of 6 June 1841 at Havercroft, Batley, as wife of William Sheard.³
In the census of 30 March 1851 Hannah Sheard was listed at Havercroft, Batley, as wife of William Sheard.⁴
In the census of 7 April 1861 Hannah Sheard was listed at "quary", Batley, as wife of William Sheard.⁵
Hannah Sheard was listed aged 56 on the census of 2 April 1871 at Ward's Hill, Batley, as wife of William Sheard.¹
In the census of 3 April 1881 she was listed as the head of household at off Wellington St, Batley, as a widow aged 66.⁶

     Ann Sheard was born circa 1837. She was the daughter of William Sheard and Hannah Hepworth. In the census of 6 June 1841 she was listed as aged 4 the daughter of William Sheard at Havercroft, Batley.¹
In the census of 30 March 1851 she was listed as a cloth burler aged 14 the daughter of William Sheard at Havercroft, Batley.²
Ann Sheard married Joseph Buxton in 1857 deduced that this is correct marriage from presence of Ann Buxton with her parents in 1871.³
In the census of 7 April 1861 Ann Buxton was listed at Fox Row, Batley, as wife of Joseph Buxton.⁴
In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as a widow, a woollen weaver aged 34 the daughter of William Sheard at Ward's Hill, Batley.⁵
In the census of 3 April 1881 she was listed as a widow, a woollen weaver aged 44 the daughter of Hannah Sheard at off Wellington St, Batley.⁶
Ann Sheard died in 1889.^7,8

     George Sheard was born circa 1838. He was the son of William Sheard and Hannah Hepworth. In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as aged 3 the son of William Sheard at Havercroft, Batley.¹

     James Sheard was born circa 1840. He was the son of William Sheard and Hannah Hepworth. In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as aged 1 the son of William Sheard at Havercroft, Batley.¹
In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as piecer at a woollen factory, aged 11 the son of William Sheard at Havercroft, Batley.²
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as a woollen spinner aged 21 the son of William Sheard at "quary", Batley.³

     William Greenwood was born in 1749. He was baptized on 20 October 1749 at Dewsbury.²
He was the son of Samuel Greenwood.¹ William Greenwood married Martha Preston, daughter of Edward Preston and Diana Fearnsides, on 13 January 1772 at Batley witnesses Richard Greenwood and another hard to read but probably Saml. Walker.³

     Florence Mary Porrit was born in 1876 at Leeds. She was the daughter of George Richard Porrit and Sarah Ann Lee. Florence Mary Porrit died in 1946.

     Ethel Lee Porrit was born in 1877. She was the daughter of George Richard Porrit and Sarah Ann Lee.

     George Porrit was born in 1881. He was the son of George Richard Porrit and Sarah Ann Lee.

     Mary Preston was born in 1752. She was the daughter of Joseph Preston. Mary Preston was baptized on 5 November 1752 at Batley.¹

     George Preston was born in 1754. He was the son of Joseph Preston. George Preston was baptized on 23 March 1754 at Batley.¹

     Judith Preston was born in 1763. She was the daughter of Joseph Preston. Judith Preston was baptized on 25 February 1763 at Batley.

     Benjamin Preston was born in 1767. He was the son of Joseph Preston. Benjamin Preston was baptized on 12 April 1767 at Batley.¹

     Rebekah Marshall was born in 1755. She was the daughter of Thomas Marshall and Sarah (?). Rebekah Marshall was baptized on 19 October 1755 at Batley.¹
She married John Middlebrook, son of George Middlebrook, on 8 June 1775 at Batley.¹

     William Marshall was born in 1757. He was the son of Thomas Marshall and Sarah (?).

     Benjamin Beaumont married Mary Ling on 19 November 1740 at Batley.¹

     Thomas Colbeck was born in 1781. He was the son of John Colbeck and Grace Beaumont. Thomas Colbeck was baptized on 6 January 1782 at Batley.
He died in 1798. He was buried on 8 October 1798 at Batley.¹

     Grace Colbeck was born on 2 February 1784. She was the daughter of John Colbeck and Grace Beaumont. Grace Colbeck was baptized on 7 March 1784 at Batley.

     Abraham Colbeck was born on 3 July 1788. He was the son of John Colbeck and Grace Beaumont. Abraham Colbeck was baptized on 10 August 1788 at Batley.¹
He was buried on 29 March 1791 at Batley.²

     David Colbeck was born on 7 January 1790. He was the son of John Colbeck and Grace Beaumont. David Colbeck was baptized on 28 February 1790 at Batley.

     Hannah Colbeck was born on 17 December 1793.¹ She was the daughter of John Colbeck and Grace Beaumont. Hannah Colbeck was baptized on 2 March 1794.¹
She died in 1795.² She was buried on 16 June 1795 at Batley.²

     Jeremiah Colbeck was born on 17 June 1796.¹ He was the son of John Colbeck and Grace Beaumont. Jeremiah Colbeck was baptized on 17 July 1796 at Batley.¹
He married Elizabeth Oldroyd on 21 January 1819 at Batley.²
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as the head of household at Warton's Fold, Batley, also present was Sarah Oldroyd, grandaughter aged 12, b Flockton.³
Jeremiah Colbeck died in 1863.² He was buried on 23 September 1863 at Batley ; aged 67.²

     Emily B Lott was the daughter of William Lott and Selina (?). Emily B Lott married John Joseph Jubb, son of John Jubb and Mary Akeroyd, in 1914 at Scarborough Her brother was to marry John Joseph's daughter Nina the following year.¹

     William Akeroyd Jubb was born in 1833. He was the son of John Jubb and Mary Akeroyd. William Akeroyd Jubb was baptized on 7 April 1833 at Batley.¹
In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as the son of John Jubb at Providence Place, Batley.²
In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as an assistant the son of John Jubb at Providence St, Batley.³
William Akeroyd Jubb married Mary Lightowler in 1856.⁴
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as the head of household at Providence Street, Batley, as a Shoddy merchant employing 19 men and 16 women.⁵
In 1868 William Akeroyd Jubb was was made a Captain in the 43rd West Riding Rifle Volunteers.⁶
In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as the head of household at Providence Street, Batley, as a Shoddy merchant and manufacturer.⁷
He died on 12 September 1876.

     John William Jubb was born in 1876.² He was the son of John Joseph Jubb and Matilda Sheard.¹ In the census of 3 April 1881 he was listed as the son of John Joseph Jubb at Blenheim House, Batley Field Hill, Batley.³
