     Mary Ineson was born on 18 October 1810 at Batley. She was the daughter of Gershon Ineson and Sarah Jackson. Mary Ineson was baptized on 25 December 1810 at Batley.¹

     Samuel Ineson was born on 11 November 1806 at Batley. He was the son of Gershon Ineson and Sarah Jackson. Samuel Ineson was baptized on 11 January 1807 at Batley.¹
He married Harriet Reyner, daughter of Sam Reyner and Dinah Sheard, on 24 October 1830 at Tong.²
In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as the head of household at Havercroft, Batley, as an engineer.³

     Benjamin Ineson was born. He was the son of William Ineson and Rachel Colbeck. Benjamin Ineson was baptized on 19 April 1829 at Batley.¹

     Harriet Walker was born circa 1820. She married William Thurman, son of John Thurman and Susannah Ineson, on 26 April 1840 at Batley witnesses were Matthew Thurman and Joseph Chadwick.¹

In the census of 30 March 1851 Harriet Thurman was listed at White Lee Side, Heckmondwike, as wife of William Thurman.³

     James Thurman was born in 1841. He was the son of William Thurman and Harriet Walker. In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as aged 4 months the son of William Thurman at Staincliffe, Batley.¹

     Mary (?) was born circa 1794 at Batley. She married William Thurman, son of James Thurman and Nancy Joy.
In the census of 30 March 1851 Mary Thurman was listed at Carlinghow, Batley, as wife of William Thurman.¹

     John Wharton Thurman was born on 7 September 1837 at Batley.¹ He was the son of William Thurman and Elizabeth Wharton. John Wharton Thurman was baptized on 24 December 1837 at Batley.¹
In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as the son of William Thurman.
In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as a cloth weaver aged 13 the son of William Thurman at Carlinghow, Batley.²
John Wharton Thurman married Ellen Nussey, daughter of William Nussey and Mary Ann Gledhill, on 19 October 1856 at Woodkirk.

     Ann Yates was born circa 1815 at Batley.¹ She married Jeremiah Fox, son of David Fox and Rebecca Hall, on 12 September 1836 at Batley he writes, she makes her mark. Witnesses were Joseph Chadwick and Abraham Parker.^1,2
In the census of 6 June 1841 Ann Yates was listed at New Batley, Batley, as wife of Jeremiah Fox.³
In the census of 30 March 1851 Ann Fox was listed as wife of Jeremiah Fox.

     Elizabeth Hardcastle was born on 8 December 1778 at Batley.¹ She was the daughter of John Hardcastle and Jane Preston. Elizabeth Hardcastle was baptized on 3 January 1779 at Batley.¹
She married Mark Pyrah, son of Joseph Pyrah and Elizabeth Gledhill, on 25 July 1799 at Batley witnesses Wm Gledhill and Jeremiah Pyrah.¹
In the census of 6 June 1841 Elizabeth Pyrah was listed at Clerk Green, Batley, as wife of Mark Pyrah.²

     Mary Young was born in 1813 at Great Guisburn, Yorks. She was baptized on 9 December 1813 (this entry is only from the IGI which has Great Ouseburn, rather than Great Guisburn, but has Mary as daughter of Henry and Jane, and a widowed Jane Young, mother, a ginger beer maker, is living with Henry and Mary in 1851.).¹
She married George Chadwick, son of Jeremiah Chadwick and Mary Clapham.

     Mary J Chadwick was born circa 1844 at Leeds. She was the daughter of George Chadwick and Mary Young. Mary J Chadwick appeared on the census of 30 March 1851 in the household of George Chadwick at 4 Upper Fountaine Street, Leeds.¹ Mary J Chadwick appeared as a niece on the census of 7 April 1861 in the household of Joseph Chadwick at Church Lane, Batley, She was actually a great niece.²

     Henry Chadwick was born circa 1848 at Leeds. He was the son of George Chadwick and Mary Young. Henry Chadwick appeared on the census of 30 March 1851 in the household of George Chadwick and Mary Young at 4 Upper Fountaine Street, Leeds.¹

     Isabel Jackson was born. She was the daughter of Richard Jackson. Isabel Jackson married John Nussey, son of Joshua Nussey and Sarah Clapham, on 8 September 1818 at Northalllerton.¹
Isabel Nussey died on 24 March 1823.² She was buried on 29 March 1823 at Birstall.³

     Isabel Nussey was born on 23 August 1820 at Batley.¹ She was the daughter of John Nussey and Isabel Jackson. Isabel Nussey was baptized on 5 October 1820 at Batley.¹
She appeared on the census of 6 June 1841 in the household of her father John Nussey Batley.² Isabel Nussey appeared on the census of 30 March 1851 in the household of John Nussey at White Lee, Batley.³ Isabel Nussey married George Richardson on 26 June 1851 at Batley.⁴

     John Jackson Nussey was born on 13 March 1823 at Batley.¹ He was the son of John Nussey and Isabel Jackson. John Jackson Nussey was baptized on 31 March 1823 at Batley.¹
He was buried on 19 May 1824 at Birstall ; aged 14 months.²

     Sarah Nussey was born on 13 July 1819 at Batley. She was the daughter of John Nussey and Isabel Jackson. Sarah Nussey was baptized on 5 August 1819 at Batley.¹
She appeared on the census of 6 June 1841 in the household of her father John Nussey at Batley.² Sarah Nussey died on 21 July 1843 aged 24.³

     John Clapham was born on 17 November 1788 at Batley.¹ He was the son of Robert Clapham and Martha Browne. John Clapham was baptized on 14 December 1788 at Batley as son of Robert son of George by Martha his wife daughter of Randolph Brown.¹
He married Hannah Crowther on 3 April 1817 at Birstall.²
In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as the head of household at Brownhill, Batley, as a woollen cloth manufacturer aged 62 employing 10 men, a farmer of 17 acres of land, and mill owner firm of 3 employing 12 men, 15 boys 18 women and girls.³
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as the head of household at Brownhill House, Batley, as a retired woollen manufacturer, farms 28 acres of land. There is a housemaid, Elizabeth Barmby.⁴

     Hannah Crowther married John Clapham, son of Robert Clapham and Martha Browne, on 3 April 1817 at Birstall.¹

In the census of 7 April 1861 Hannah Clapham was listed at Brownhill House, Batley, as wife of John Clapham.³

     Mary Sutton Clapham was born in 1818. She was the daughter of John Clapham and Hannah Crowther. Mary Sutton Clapham was baptized on 3 May 1818 at Batley.¹
She was listed visiting Robert Dex Keighley in the census of 30 March 1851 at Havercroft, Batley.² In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as the daughter of John Clapham at Brownhill House, Batley.³
In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as the head of household at Holly Cottage, High Street, Gomersal, as an annuitant.⁴

     Sarah Tomlinson was born circa 1823 at Ackworth. She was the daughter of John Tomlinson. Sarah Tomlinson married Abraham Sheard, son of David Sheard and Martha Talbot, on 20 July 1853 at Batley.¹
In the census of 7 April 1861 Sarah Tomlinson was listed at Cobden Street, Batley, as wife of Abraham Sheard.²
In the census of 2 April 1871 Sarah Sheard was listed at Commercial Street, Batley, as wife of Abraham Sheard.³
In the census of 3 April 1881 Sarah Sheard was listed at Field Hill, Batley, as wife of Abraham Sheard.⁴
In the census of 5 April 1891 Sarah Sheard was listed at 21 Field Hill, Batley, as wife of Abraham Sheard.⁵
She was listed in the census of 31 March 1901 living with her son John at Salisbury Road, Ecclesfield, as an analytical chemist.⁶

     Fanny Sheard was born on 21 June 1854 at Batley.¹ She was the daughter of Abraham Sheard and Sarah Tomlinson. Fanny Sheard was baptized on 27 August 1854 at Batley.¹
She appeared aged 6on the census of 7 April 1861 in the household of Abraham Sheard and Sarah Tomlinson at Cobden Street, Batley.² In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as a telegraph clerk the daughter of Abraham Sheard at Commercial Street, Batley.³
In the census of 3 April 1881 she was listed as assistant (to her father) the daughter of Abraham Sheard at Field Hill, Batley.⁴

     John Tomlinson Sheard was born circa 1858 at Batley. He was the son of Abraham Sheard and Sarah Tomlinson. John Tomlinson Sheard was baptized on 21 November 1858 at Batley.¹
