In the census of 2 April 1871 Hannah Brearley was listed at Oakwood House, Upper Batley, Batley, as wife of Thomas Brearley.³
In the census of 3 April 1881 Hannah Brearley was listed at Oakwood House, Upper Batley Lane, Batley, as wife of Thomas Brearley.^4,5

In the census of 3 April 1881 he was listed as a woollen manufacturer the son of Thomas Brearley at Oakwood House, Upper Batley Lane, Batley.^2,3
Arthur Brearley married his cousin Mary Elizabeth Senior, daughter of Samuel Senior and Elizabeth Brearley, on 27 July 1882 at the Parish Church, Batley, witnesses were Samuel Senior and Robert Brearley.⁴

In the census of 3 April 1881 he was listed as a scholar the son of Thomas Brearley at Oakwood House, Upper Batley Lane, Batley.^2,3
Thomas Percival Brearley married Lucy Fitch, daughter of John Stow Fitch, on 14 November 1889 at Congregational church, Howden.⁴

     Mary Ellen Ineson was born circa 1861 at Batley. She was the daughter of John Ineson and Elizabeth (?). Mary Ellen Ineson married John Thomas Denton.
Mary Ellen Denton married Frederick Sheard, son of Henry Sheard and Ellen Hepworth, in 1891.¹
In the census of 31 March 1901 Mary Ellen Sheard was listed at 1 Playfair Rd, Hunslet, Leeds, as a wardrobe dealer, shopkeeper,wife of Frederick Sheard.²
Mary Ellen Ineson died on 11 October 1934 at St Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse, New York; said to be sister of Harry Ineson of Utica, where she lived before coming to Syracuse where she had lived for 14 years.³

     Sarah Eliza Musgrave was born circa 1845 at Pudsey. She married William Oddy, son of James Oddy, in 1888.

     Herbert Musgrave Oddy was born circa 1890 at Birkenshaw. He was the son of William Oddy and Sarah Eliza Musgrave.

     Edward Smith was born on 15 December 1762.¹ He was the son of Edward Smith. Edward Smith was baptized on 12 January 1763 at Batley.¹
He married Ann Chadwick, daughter of Charles Chadwick and Sally Wilby, in June 1794 at Batley by licence, Ann described as of Dewsbury. Both wrote their names, she more neatly than he. Witnesses were Mercy Chadwick and Sarah Gaunt.¹
Edward Smith died in February 1827 at Dewsbury at age 64.¹ He was buried on 12 February 1827 at Batley ; aged 64.¹

     Possibly the Edward Smith of Batley who married Hannah Naylor on 18 July 1754 at Dewsbury.¹

He was listed in the census of 2 April 1871 at Oakfield School, Rugby, This was a prep school for Rugby.²

     Ada Colbeck was born circa 1858 at Batley. She was the daughter of William Henry Colbeck and Martha Cordingley. In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as the daughter of William Henry Colbeck at Cheapside, Batley.¹

     Frank Colbeck was born on 31 May 1861 at Batley.¹ He was the son of William Henry Colbeck and Martha Cordingley. Frank Colbeck was baptized on 30 June 1861 at Batley.¹

He was listed in the census of 3 April 1881 as a Gentleman Cadet at The Royal Military College,, Sandhurst, Berkshire. He is said to have passed out with honours.^3,1

He was listed in the census of 5 April 1891 at 8 HerefordStreet, Paddington, London, as a registered practitioner of Medicine (Surg written above) lodging with Robert A dickenson, a linen draper.²
Henry E Colbeck married Susanna Mary Wineable in 1894 at Henley.³
