     Thomas Fitch was born circa 1834 at Howden. He was the son of John Fitch.

     Thomas Thurman was born in 1841. He was the son of Matthew Thurman and Mary Redfearn. In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as aged 5 months the son of an unknown person at White Lee, Batley.¹

     Thomas Heaton was born circa 1810. Both widowed, Thomas Heaton married Elizabeth Hall, daughter of Joseph Hall and Elizabeth Taylor, on 26 August 1863 at Batley Thomas was described as of Huddersfield and a Superintendent of Police.¹

     Harriet Windle was born circa 1814. She married Matthew Blakeley, son of Joseph Blakeley and Mary Sheard, on 7 February 1842 at Horbury.¹

     Jeanette Redfearn was born circa 1829. She married Matthew Thurman, son of John Thurman and Susannah Ineson, on 5 November 1849 at Birstall.

     Joseph Thurman was born on 27 February 1837. He was the son of Matthew Thurman and Mary Redfearn. Joseph Thurman was baptized on 25 December 1837 at Birstall.¹

     Sarah Ann Thurman was born on 20 April 1846.¹ She was the daughter of Matthew Thurman and Mary Redfearn. Sarah Ann Thurman was baptized on 23 August 1846 at Birstall.¹

     In later censuses Jean (?) appears to have split with his wife Martha, and is living with George Parr, son of Benjamin Parr and Elizabeth Sheard.
In the census of 1851 Jean Parr was listed at 13 Johnston St, Leith, Midlothian, as wife of George Parr.

     Jean Kerr Parr was born circa 1849. She was the daughter of George Parr and Jean (?). In the census of 1851 she was listed as the daughter of George Parr at 13 Johnston St, Leith, Midlothian.

     Darw Darling Parr was born in 1851. In the census of 1851 he was listed as the son of George Parr at 13 Johnston St, Leith, Midlothian.
Darw Darling Parr was the son of George Parr and Jean (?).

     Frances (?) married Alec Michael Sheard, son of Richard Arthur Sheard and Ellen Whitworth.
In the census of 1 January 1920 Frances Sheard was listed at New York as wife of Alec Michael Sheard.¹

     Richard Arthur Sheard was born in 1914. He was the son of Alec Michael Sheard and Frances (?). In the census of 1 January 1920 he was listed as the son of Alec Michael Sheard at New York.¹
Richard Arthur Sheard died in March 1995 at Cincinnati, Ohio.²

     Kevin Cox Whitworth Sheard was born on 30 January 1916.¹ He was the son of Alec Michael Sheard and Frances (?). In the census of 1 January 1920 he was listed as the son of Alec Michael Sheard at New York.²
Kevin had five daughters, of whom the eldest, Wenda and youngest, Martha Joan, have been in touch, and an interest in Family History has recently taken Wenda on a visit to Batley.
He died on 20 January 2006 at age 89.¹ He was buried at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.

     Alec Michael Sheard was born on 8 November 1917.¹ He was the son of Alec Michael Sheard and Frances (?).¹ In the census of 1 January 1920 he was listed as the son of Alec Michael Sheard at New York.²
Alec Michael Sheard died on 21 December 2009 at age 92.¹ He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

     Sarah Woffenden was born on 10 November 1766.¹ She was the daughter of Squire Woffenden and Martha Fisher.¹ Sarah Woffenden was baptized on 26 December 1766 at Batley.¹

     Ellen O'Brien was buried at Zion Hill Cemetery, Connecticut.^1,2 She was born circa 1849. She married Peter Lister Sheard, son of Benjamin Sheard and Margaret Gledhill.
Ellen O'Brien died on 28 January 1900.

     Ellen Sheard was born on 28 May 1881 at Hertford, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Peter Lister Sheard and Ellen O'Brien.

     John Day was born in 1832. He was the son of William Day and Hannah Wilson. John Day was baptized on 23 December 1832 at Batley.¹

     Robert Day was born in 1835. He was the son of William Day and Hannah Wilson. Robert Day was baptized on 16 August 1835 at Batley.¹

     Richard Charles Needham married Alice Taylor, daughter of Joshua Taylor and Alice Cooke, in 1886.¹

     John Day was born in 1840. He was the son of John Day and Mary Whitaker. In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as (an unknown value) the grandson of an unknown person.¹

     Eliza Oldroyd was born circa 1831 at Deighton. She was the daughter of John Oldroyd. Eliza Oldroyd married John Mortimer, son of Thomas Mortimer and Frances Smith, on 11 March 1855 at Batley.¹
