In the census of 5 April 1891 he was listed as aged 19, a solicitor's clerk the son of William Sheard at Bath Street, Batley.3
On 8 August 1896 Will Sheard married Mary Jane Wilson, daughter of Squire Wilson and Martha Sowerby, at St Saviour's Church, Ravensthorpe.4
In the census of 31 March 1901 he was listed as the head of household at Syke Terrace, Hipperholme, as a solicitor's clerk, law.5
In the census of 2 April 1911 he was listed as the head of household at 27 Orchard Street, Savile Town, Dewsbury, as a bankruptcy clerk, Board of Trade.6
Will Sheard sounds a less flamboyant character than his father, being described as a quiet and kindly man. He was successful in quite a different line, rising to be the Assistant Official Bankrutcy Receiver covering a large part of West Yorkshire.1
He died on 14 October 1930 at Mirfield at age 58.1 He was buried in October 1930 at the Parish Churchyard, Mirfield.

     Mary Jane Wilson was born on 21 September 1869 at Falhouse, Briestfield.1 She was the daughter of Squire Wilson and Martha Sowerby. Her father was described as a coal miner at that time.
In the census of 5 April 1891 she was listed as a dress maker the daughter of Squire Wilson at Huddersfield Rd, Ravensthorpe.2
Mary Jane Wilson married Will Sheard, son of William Sheard and Emily Walker Fawcett, on 8 August 1896 at St Saviour's Church, Ravensthorpe.3
In the census of 31 March 1901 Mary Jane Sheard was listed at Syke Terrace, Hipperholme, as wife of Will Sheard.4

In the census of 2 April 1911 Mary Jane Sheard was listed at 27 Orchard Street, Savile Town, Dewsbury, as wife of Will Sheard.5
