     Esther Talbot was born circa 1849. She was the daughter of Noah Talbot and Sarah Fell.

     Caroline Talbot was born in 1821. She was the daughter of Joseph Talbot and Mary Farrar. Caroline Talbot was baptized on 25 March 1821 at Batley.
She died on 21 May 1823.

     Isaac Talbot was born in 1814. He was the son of Joseph Talbot and Hannah Watson. Isaac Talbot died on 29 May 1818 at Batley.

     Abraham Talbot was born on 21 November 1828 at Batley. He was the son of John Talbot and Hannah Slater. Abraham Talbot was baptized on 11 December 1828 at Zion Chapel, Dewsbury.¹
Hewas a 7th son.

In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as the son of John Talbot at Havercroft, Batley.²
In the census of 30 March 1851 he was listed as a woollen rag dealer aged 22 the son of John Talbot at Havercroft, Batley.³
Abraham Talbot married Mary Barraclough in 1859.¹
In the census of 7 April 1861 he was listed as the head of household at Middlethorp, Morley, as a rag merchant.⁴
Abraham Talbot and Henry Sheard were said to have been two of the partners in the Alexandra Mill Company.⁵
In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as the head of household at King Street, Batley, as a Manufacturer.⁶
In the census of 3 April 1881 he was listed as the head of household at Bromley Road, Soothill, as a woollen manufacturer.⁷
In the census of 5 April 1891 he was listed as the head of household at Ellinroyd House, Soothill, as a woollen cloth manufacturer.⁸
He was listed in the census of 31 March 1901 at 13 Bath Street, Batley.⁹

     Florence Sheard was born on 20 February 1874. She was the daughter of Jacob Sheard and Ann Naylor.
In the census of 3 April 1881 she was listed as a scholar aged 7 the daughter of Jacob Sheard at Albion Street, Mirfield.¹
In 1883 Florence Sheard went to Little Falls with her parents Jacob and Ann Sheard.^2,3 Florence Sheard appeared on the census of 1892 in the household of Jacob Sheard and Ann Sheard at Little Falls, Herkimer, New York, (an unknown value).⁴ Florence Sheard died on 16 April 1945 at Liitle Falls at age 71.

     Joseph Sheard was born on 20 May 1870. He was the son of Jacob Sheard and Ann Naylor.

     Harriet Sheard was born on 19 January 1872. She was the daughter of Jacob Sheard and Ann Naylor.

     Mary Ann Sheard was born on 25 December 1876. She was the daughter of Jacob Sheard and Ann Naylor.

     Alice Sheard was born on 20 September 1879. She was the daughter of Jacob Sheard and Ann Naylor.
In the census of 3 April 1881 she was listed as aged 1 the daughter of Jacob Sheard at Albion Street, Mirfield.¹
In 1883 Alice Sheard went to Little Falls with her parents Jacob and Ann Sheard.^2,3 Alice Sheard appeared on the census of 1892 in the household of Jacob Sheard and Ann Sheard at Little Falls, Herkimer, New York.⁴ In the census of 1900 she was listed as the daughter of Jacob Sheard at 48½ Furnace St, Little Falls, Herkimer, New York.⁵
Alice Sheard married Charles Parker, son of William Parker.
In the census of 3 January 1920 Alice Parker was listed at Endicott Village, Broome, Union, New York, as wife of Charles Parker.⁶
Alice Sheard died on 3 June 1946 at Endicott, NY, at age 66.

     David Sheard was born on 6 July 1853. He was the son of Isaac Sheard and Harriet Stubley. David Sheard was baptized on 14 August 1853.¹
He died in 1854. He was buried on 25 March 1854 at Batley ; aged 4, of Mirfield.¹

     James S Senior was born in March 1856 at England. He was the son of Francis Senior and Mary Sheard. James S Senior emigrated with his parents Francis Senior and Mary Senior on 18 August 1856; sailing on the Ontario from Liverpool with their two children and Mary's half-brother.¹ In the census of 7 July 1860 he was listed as aged 4 the son of Francis Senior at Little Falls, Herkimer, New York.²
In the census of 29 June 1870 he was listed as at school the son of Mary Senior at Little Falls, Herkimer, New York.³
James S Senior died in 1913 at Little Falls Herkimer, NY. He was buried in 1913 at Church St cemetery Little Falls Lot 589.

     Francis M Senior was born on 24 May 1862 at Little Falls, New York. He was the son of Francis Senior and Mary Sheard. In the census of 29 June 1870 he was listed as at school the son of Mary Senior at Little Falls, Herkimer, New York.¹

In the census of 9 June 1900 he was listed as the head of household at Little Falls, Herkimer, New York, as a knit goods manufacturer.²
Francis M Senior lived in 1903 at 112 Gansevoort Rd, Little Falls. In the census of 19 April 1910 he was listed as the head of household at Little Falls, Herkimer, New York, as a manufacturer, an owner and employer.³
In the census of 17 January 1920 he was listed as the head of household at Little Falls, Herkimer, New York, as a manufacturer of knit goods. There is a female servant.⁴
In 1923 Francis and Elizabeth Hebert made a visit to England, sailing first class to Liverpool on the Adriatic, arriving on the 20th May, and returned on the Majestic, arrriving back in New York on the first of August on the Majestic.^5,6
In the census of 8 April 1930 he was listed as the head of household at Little Falls, Herkimer, New York, as retired.⁷
Francis M Senior died on 4 August 1930 at Little Falls, Herkimer, NY, at age 68. He was buried in 1930 at Church St cemetery Lot 589, Little Falls.

     Abraham Colbeck was born in 1818. He was the son of Samuel Colbeck and Hannah Durrans. Abraham Colbeck married Mary Newsome, daughter of Joseph Newsome, on 30 May 1839 at Batley.¹
Abraham Colbeck died after 1871.

     Joe Fernandes Sheard was born on 10 April 1861.¹ He was the son of Samuel Sheard and Agnes Sheard. Joe Fernandes Sheard was baptized on 2 June 1861 at Batley.¹
In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as a scholar aged 6 the son of Samuel Sheard at 15 St George's Square, Batley.²
In the census of 3 April 1881 he was listed as a clerk ----- County Court Office at Cornmarket, Pontefract,with his sister Anne and her husband William Ackroyd Chappell.³ In the census of 5 April 1891 Joe Fernandes Sheard appeared as a County Court Clerk in the household of William Hall, once Batley's constable and later a Superintendent of Police, and his wife Eliza at Elm Villa, Tanshelf, Pontefract.⁴
In the census of 2 April 1911 he was listed as the head of household at Ackworth Road, Pontefract, as clerk in County Court Office, now with two of his sisters living with him.
Joe Fernandes Sheard died on 1 April 1933 at age 71.⁵

     Frank Sheard was born circa 1864. He was the son of Samuel Sheard and Agnes Sheard. In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as a scholar aged 6 the son of Samuel Sheard at 15 St George's Square, Batley.¹
In the census of 3 April 1881 he was listed as a lawyer's clerk the son of Samuel Sheard at Park Road (Stanley Terrace), Batley.²
Frank Sheard was a fellow passenger on the voyage when Jacob Sheard and Ann Sheard arrived in Little Falls, NY having sailed on the Wisconsin with three children, Isaac, Florence and Alice, arriving in New York on the 19th June. in 1883.^3,4
Frank Sheard sailed to America in the company of his cousin once removed Jacob Sheard and family.
Frank Sheard married Kate Newell, daughter of Charles A Newell and Maria (?), in 1899.
In the census of April 1910 he was listed as the head of household at Greece, Monroe, New York, as superintendent of a Cemetery.⁵
In 1926 Frank and Kate made a visit to England, sailing from Montreal on the Aurania and arriving in Liverpool on June 13th, giving their destination as Pontefract where Frank's brother Joe had been living.
They returned to New York in August on the Adriatic, arriving there on the 29th.⁴
In the census of 2 April 1930 he was listed as the head of household at 265 Burley Road, Rochester, Monroe, New York, as a cemetery superintendent.⁶
Frank Sheard died in 1951.

     Ada Sheard died presumably before the birth of a sister of the same name in 1868. She was born on 7 April 1857 at Batley.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel Sheard and Agnes Sheard. Ada Sheard was baptized on 5 May 1857 at Batley.¹

     Sophia Helliwell was born circa 1836 at Morley. She was the daughter of John Helliwell. Sophia Helliwell married Jeremiah Chappell, son of Richard Chappell, in 1857.¹
In the census of 7 April 1861 Sophia Chappell was listed at Back Lane, Morley, as wife of Jeremiah Chappell.²
Sophia Chappell married Samuel Sheard, son of David Sheard and Martha Talbot, on 6 August 1872 at St Thomas, Batley.^3,4
In the census of 3 April 1881 Sophia Sheard was listed at Park Road (Stanley Terrace), Batley, as wife of Samuel Sheard.⁵
In the census of 5 April 1891 Sophia Sheard was listed at Grosvenor Road, Batley, as wife of Samuel Sheard.⁶
Sophia Sheard died in 1896; aged 59.⁷

     Ann Ward married Thomas Nightingale on 8 December 1788 at Dewsbury by licence. Thomas was described as a woolstapler. Witnesse were Abraham Hemingway and ? Sykes.¹
Ann Nightingale died on 18 July 1793. She her gravestone says she died in her 31st year.²

     Winifred Nightingale was born in 1815. She was the daughter of Thomas Nightingale and Ann Wigglesworth. Winifred Nightingale was baptized on 21 April 1815 at Dewsbury.
In the census of she was listed as visiting her sisterMaria Whitworth at Kirk Hill, Soothill.¹

     Elizabeth Wigglesworth was born in 1770. She was the daughter of William Wigglesworth. Elizabeth Wigglesworth was baptized on 29 April 1770 at Dewsbury.¹
She married Robert Nightingale on 9 February 1793 at Dewsbury.
On 8 June 1814 an Elizabeth Nightingale of Dewsbury buried at Gisburn as aged 82.

     Robert Nightingale married Elizabeth Wigglesworth, daughter of William Wigglesworth, on 9 February 1793 at Dewsbury.

     John Nightingale was born in 1799. He was the son of Thomas Nightingale and Ann Wigglesworth.

     Harriot Nightingale was born in 1810. She was the daughter of Thomas Nightingale and Ann Wigglesworth. Harriot Nightingale married Jeremiah Whitworth, son of Squire Whitworth, on 11 January 1838 at Dewsbury.^1,2
Harriot Whitworth was buried on 20 February 1885 at Dewsbury ; as widow of Jeremiah, aged 74 years.²

     George Wigglesworth Nightingale was born in 1809. He was the son of Thomas Nightingale and Ann Wigglesworth.

     Sarah Nightingale was born in 1804. She was the daughter of Thomas Nightingale and Ann Wigglesworth. Sarah Nightingale died on 21 September 1832 as daughter of the late Thomas Nightingale of the George Inn, Dewsbury.¹
