     Hannah Spedding was born circa 1853 at Dewsbury. She was the daughter of Thomas Spedding and Sarah Newsome. In the census of 7 April 1861 she was listed as a scholar aged 7 the daughter of Thomas Spedding at Aldams House, Dewsbury.1
In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as the daughter of Sarah Spedding at Aldams Yard, Dewsbury.2

     Marmaduke Fox was born in 1768. He was the son of Marmaduke Fox. Marmaduke Fox was baptized on 26 June 1768 at Dewsbury.1
He married Sarah Fox on 9 October 1794 at St Peter's, Leeds.2,3
In the census of 6 June 1841 he was listed as the head of household at Commonside, Soothill, as independent.4
Marmaduke Fox died on 14 June 1850. He was buried on 15 June 1850 at St Paul, Hanging Heaton.5
